Dr. Foroughi graduated from the School of Dental Medicine at Stony Brook in 1995, where he was awarded the International College of Dentistry Award for Outstanding Achievement as well as the American Association of Endodontics, Student Achievement Award in Endodontics. He moved on to complete a General Practice Residency in NY Hospital Queens, where he had the opportunity to work in an emergency room setting. In 1999, Dr. Foroughi graduated from the Postdoctoral Endodontic Program at the School of Dental Medicine at Stony Brook. NY.
His training has covered all advanced aspects of conventional and surgical endodontics including the use of high-tech instruments and the Endodontic Microscope. Dr. Foroughi entered into private practice limited to Endodontics in 1999 and joined Dental Specialty Associates in 2001. Dr. Foroughi is member of he American Dental Association, the NY County Dental Society and the American Association of Endodontics. He is continually educating himself on the latest advancement in endodontics to bring the very best care to his patients.
